Welcome to RideX24. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, mobile experience, tools, content, enquiries, and services related to new and used two-wheelers, including bikes, scooters, electric vehicles, finance assistance, insurance, exchange, and dealer offers.

By visiting RideX24 or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law. If you use RideX24 for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

RideX24 is an online discovery and enquiry platform for two-wheelers. We may display vehicle specifications, prices, offers, comparisons, EMI estimates, dealer information, reviews, news, and related content.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, RideX24 is not the manufacturer, seller, financier, insurer, or registration authority. The final sale or service agreement is entered into directly between you and the relevant dealer, manufacturer, bank, NBFC, insurer, or other provider.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, requesting a quotation, booking a test ride, or applying for finance or insurance assistance. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and activity carried out through your account.

You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account containing false information or being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Ex-showroom prices, on-road prices, RideX24 offers, discounts, exchange benefits, waiting periods, colour options, and stock status are indicative and may differ by city, variant, dealer, tax rate, and date. They may change without prior notice.

The dealer's final quotation, invoice, delivery commitment, and applicable terms will prevail. Please verify all specifications, inclusions, charges, and offer eligibility directly with the authorised dealer before making a payment or purchase decision.

EMI calculations are estimates based on the price, interest rate, down payment, and tenure selected. Actual interest rates, processing fees, documentation charges, insurance premiums, and EMIs depend on the provider and your profile.

Loan and insurance approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant bank, NBFC, or insurer and is subject to KYC, credit assessment, and their terms. RideX24 does not guarantee approval or a particular rate.

Test rides, bookings, cancellations, refunds, registration, accessories, and delivery timelines are subject to dealer availability and the terms communicated at the time of booking. Carry a valid driving licence and follow all dealer safety requirements during a test ride.

Used-vehicle and exchange values are provisional until physical inspection and document verification. Final value may depend on vehicle condition, ownership history, pending finance, challans, insurance, registration documents, and market demand. Users must disclose all material facts and must have the legal right to sell or exchange the vehicle.

When you submit your phone number, email address, or an enquiry, you authorise RideX24 and relevant service partners to contact you regarding that request through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other electronic means, subject to applicable law. You may opt out of promotional communications using the available unsubscribe method.

You agree not to:

• use RideX24 for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes;
• upload harmful code or interfere with platform security;
• scrape, copy, or commercially exploit content without permission;
• impersonate another person or submit false enquiries;
• violate intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights; or
• attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data.

The RideX24 name, logo, interface, design, software, text, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to RideX24 and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Vehicle names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. No right or licence is granted except the limited right to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

RideX24 may contain links, offers, advertisements, and services supplied by dealers and other third parties. Their websites, products, privacy practices, and performance are outside our control. Your dealings with them are governed by their own terms, and you should review those terms before proceeding.

We take reasonable steps to keep information useful and current, but images may be illustrative and specifications, mileage, range, colours, prices, and features may contain errors or change. Content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and should not be treated as technical, financial, insurance, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RideX24 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, reliance on displayed information, third-party conduct, interrupted access, or a transaction with a dealer or service provider. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify RideX24, its affiliates, officers, and employees against claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the platform, violation of third-party rights, or inaccurate information submitted by you.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. The platform may use essential, analytics, and preference cookies to operate and improve the experience. Please review the Privacy Policy for details about your choices and rights.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, create legal or security risk, or where required by law. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will continue to apply.

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, courts in New Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the use of RideX24.
